Shipping and processing for wigs/units is between 15-20 business days from when order is recieved.

We recommend using a clarifying shampoo and conditioner on your hair.

Avoid using oils or heavy styling products.



Yes, our hair can be colored. We recommend having your extensions colored by a licensed cosmetologist to ensure proper color application and preserve the longevity of your extensions.
